How do I know if an activity is for one or more people?
All are for 1 unless stated otherwise
How many places do I book?
Generally the rule of thumb is that if the title of your experience reads "two" than the price listed is for 2 people. Therefore, you just book "one" place!
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you are unable to attend an activity on the confirmed date and time
you selected you should immediately contact the activity provider who
will do their best to reschedule the activity. We accepts no
responsibility for refund or exchange should you be unable to attend a
re-scheduled activity.
What happens if I need to reschedule my booking?
If for any reason you need to change your booking, you will need to
speak directly to the activity provider who’s details will be provided
to you once payment has been received.
What happens if there is bad weather on the scheduled activity date?
In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, mechanical failure etc.
the activity provider may reschedule the activity date. They will
contact you to rearrange a suitable date.
What happens once I have booked my activity?
Once you have booked your activity, we will send you an email booking
confirmation with contact details and further information about your
activity.
How can I pay for an activity?
All payments must be made by credit card or through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards.
